Listing properties for sale, for rent or wanted on Country Towns Rural Saskatchewan Real Estate is free.
Paid advertising options include;
Feature Ads: $ 5 for 2 weeks
Maximum feature per listing is 2 weeks, new listings take priority over renewal of feature option on existing listing.
A maximum of 10 Feature Ads spaces are available. The ten spaces are displayed in rotating order on the following pages: home, several searches, about us and contact us, as well as the start pages for viewing listing categories.
Banner Ads: Banner ads can be placed on the various pages.
Home page (bottom)$ 20 per month - (max 2 bottom banner ads)
Search & view listings pages -bottom- $ 20 (max 3 bottom ads)
Private Page - $ 50 for the first year including setup, Renewal; $30 per year
Discounts available for multiple pages. Discount vary based on content.
If you don't have a web page, but would like to advertise, you can purchase a single web page that will display within the site frames. This page is not available to view outside the Rural Saskatchewan Real Estate site. This page can be linked to from your listings and used to provide additional information about you or your properties.Basic Private page: Includes up to 5 images (combined maximum image size is 1 MB, including scanning if required, and is based on a minimum of 800px wide and up to 1,500 px high. (Actually viewing size may vary between users browsers and screen sizes.)
Upon our approval of the content, Licensed Realtors® may use one or more of these pages for promotional material or lead generating home selling or buying tip sheets.
More extensive pages, pages viewable outside our site or private web sites are available and priced by quote.

Interac Online (through your online banking feature)
Canadian Money Order
Countrytowns does not accept Paypal, Personal Cheques, Bank wires or Western Union.
Do not send payment until you have been sent an invoice.
The invoice number must be included with the payment to ensure it is properly applied to your account.
